This year we’re trying an alternative to the traditional CSA model. The way that were adjusting is by adding additional markets to our weekly schedule this year, and offering a subscription service to our customers. The way this will work is by choosing an amount of money you would like to start your farmers market “tab”. As a CSA model helps small farmers acquire some starting capital to purchase seeds, tools, boxes, excreta this model also gives the farmer that ability!, However, you get to choose what you want, rather than receiving a pre-packed box. Currently we will be at the Primrose Farm stand in St. Charles on Wednesday and Thursday from, 3 pm- 7 pm, and on Saturdays 9 am- 1 pm.
